Being in Phase-1 of DLF City in Gurgaon is a bit different than the rural spots. Bsr-Crop Science Private Limited is located at Plot No.H-2/11. It’s an area that’s grown quite a lot over the last few years. You’ve got all these buildings popping up everywhere. Gurgaon-122002 is always moving fast. We’re tucked away here, trying to keep things organized. It’s funny because we deal with crop science but we’re surrounded by all this concrete and city life. It makes for an interesting day. Usually, there’s a lot of noise from construction nearby, but inside it’s mostly just us looking at spreadsheets or talking about the next steps. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity that doesn't know its own name. We’re just a small team at H-2/11. The roads around here are paved, which is nice, but the traffic can be a real headache if you leave at the wrong time. We tend to stay late just to avoid the rush. It’s just how things are in this part of Haryana. People think Gurgaon is all high-rises, but there are places like ours just doing the regular work. Bsr-Crop Science Private Limited is just a part of the local landscape here now. We know the tea stall guy and the delivery drivers. It’s home. The weather is always a bit dusty, but we don't mind it much.
