Aveda Centre For Research And Training Private Limited is located at B4/22 on the ground floor in DLF Phase 1. We are tucked right behind Qutub Plaza, so it is easy to find once you get away from the main market traffic. It is a decent spot for the kind of work we do. We mostly focus on training people and doing bits of research here and there. The office is not very large, but it fits what we need. We have a few rooms set aside for the different sessions. It can get a bit noisy when the market nearby is really busy, but we have gotten used to it over time. We are not a huge company with hundreds of people. It is just a small team. We spend a lot of our time setting up for the day and making sure we have all the materials ready for whoever is coming in. Sometimes it is students and other times it is older professionals. It varies quite a lot from week to week. We have been at this location for a while now and the neighbors are mostly residential. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most people just hear about us from someone else or see our small sign when they are walking to the plaza. We keep a kettle in the back for tea and just focus on our projects. It is pretty basic, but it works for us.
