Our office is at 338 Udyog Vihar Phase 4. It’s a typical industrial area in Gurgaon. Ares Infra And Architects Private Limited has been based here for some time now. The street can get pretty crowded with cars and trucks, but that’s just Udyog Vihar for you. We have a modest setup. It’s mostly just drawing boards, computers, and stacks of blueprints. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lounge. We are here to work on buildings and infrastructure. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the routine. We’re a small group, so we all know each other well. There is no corporate ladder here, just people trying to get the drawings right. We spend a lot of time discussing designs and checking site reports. It’s practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a project comes in, we sit down and figure out how to build it. That’s the long and short of it. Gurgaon is always building something new, and being in Phase 4 puts us right in the middle of that activity. It's a bit loud outside sometimes, but we get things done regardless. We stay busy with the technical stuff and leave the flashy talk to other people.
