Abhay Security Guard Services is situated out on Gurgaon Road, specifically in the Udyog Vihar area. This is a very busy industrial part of the region, so there are always trucks moving and people walking to their shifts at the factories nearby. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time coordinating with guards who work at the various industrial units and offices around here. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. We have to make sure everyone shows up on time and that the uniforms look decent enough. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we are always cleaning the windows. We aren't some high-end corporate entity with a glass building. We’re more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of setup. People come in to ask for work or to complain about a shift change they didn't like. We listen and try to fix things. The heat in the summer gets pretty bad in Udyog Vihar, and it makes everyone a bit cranky, but we still have to keep the gates manned. We’ve been here for a while and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. It’s just a matter of showing up every day and making sure the security stays tight for the businesses that hire our guys. There isn't much more to it than that, just plain hard work, some patience, and a lot of tea.
