Winterhalter India Pvt Ltd is out at Plot No 269 in Sector 7 of IMT Manesar. Manesar is quite a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where all the space is for a business like ours. We have a decent-sized facility here to handle all the dishwashing and kitchen equipment we deal with. It’s an industrial area, so it’s all warehouses and large plots of land. Our building is pretty functional, mostly just storage and a few offices for the administrative side of things. It’s quiet inside compared to the street, which is usually full of trucks. Much of our time is spent on the phone with customers or coordinating with the technicians who are out in the field. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around since we opened and some newer faces. In our small canteen area, we eat lunch together, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. There isn't any plush furniture or expensive decor. We just have our desks, our computers, and the stock in the back. It’s a lot of logistics and planning every day. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when shipments are delayed, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a solid, hardworking environment where everyone just tries to do their part without making a big fuss. We’ve been at Plot No 269 for years and it suits our needs perfectly.
