We operate out of No. 64 in the HSIDC area of Sector-18, which is part of the Maruti Industrial Area. It’s a well-known spot because of the big car factory nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and movement. At VLCC Personal Care, we handle the production and storage of all kinds of beauty and wellness items. The facility is quite large, but it’s still just a place of work with racks and equipment. We have a lot of people working here, mostly on shifts. It’s a busy place from morning until night. We don't spend much time on fancy office decor. Instead, we focus on making sure the boxes are packed right and the supplies are coming in on time. The air in this part of town usually smells like machinery and exhaust, which is typical for an industrial sector. We have a small canteen where everyone grabs tea and takes a break. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff. People here know their jobs and they just get on with it. Sometimes the logistics of moving goods in and out of Sector-18 can be tricky because of the narrow roads and the trucks, but we’ve managed it for years. We are just a team of people doing what we can to keep the supply chain moving. It’s steady work in a fast-paced area.
