Blossom Unisex Saloon

Our shop is number 3039 on Railway Road in Gurgaon. We are situated near Raj Bakery and right across from Pakwann Restaurant. It is a very busy street with plenty of food smells drifting in. Being a unisex saloon means we see all sorts of people every day. We have been in this spot for several years now. The building is a bit older and the shop has a simple look to it. We have the usual salon chairs and some big mirrors that cover most of one wall. We do haircuts for men and women and also some basic facial treatments. The traffic on Railway Road is quite heavy so there is always the sound of rickshaws and motorbikes outside. We get a lot of people who are just walking past after getting something from the bakery. The floor is made of old tiles and we try to keep it clean, but hair gets everywhere when it is busy. My staff and I just focus on doing a decent job. We do not have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just open the shop in the morning and wait for the customers to come in. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it is slow and watch the people go by. It is a very normal, local business. We know many of the regulars by name and we know exactly how they like their hair cut. It is just a practical place to get groomed.
