We are located out in Village Gadaipur, which is part of the Pataudi Tehsil. It’s quite different from being in the middle of a big city. The air is a lot fresher, though you definitely get the rural smells since we are in the poultry equipment business. Our facility is a mix of a warehouse and a small office space. We spend a lot of time looking at metal feeders and watering systems. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so there’s a lot of talk about the local crops and the weather. When it rains, the roads around the village get a bit muddy, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge. We don't have the fancy polished floors you see in city offices. Our floors are concrete and usually have some dust on them. It’s a practical place for practical work. We spend a lot of our day talking to farmers and people who run hatcheries. It’s a slow pace in some ways, but there is always something that needs to be repaired or loaded onto a truck. We have a small seating area where we eat our lunch, usually brought from home. It’s a quiet life out here, and we just focus on making sure the equipment is solid and reliable for the people who use it every day. The seasons really change the mood here, but the work stays the same regardless of the month.
