Kumar Bros

We have been here on the main road in Sector 23 for quite a long time now. The shop is at 41/42, right where the traffic usually builds up in the evenings. It is just a regular place where we come every morning to get things done. My brother and I handle most of the daily tasks ourselves. We don’t have a big team or fancy equipment. Most of the time, the floor is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the shelves tidy enough for people to see what we have. Sometimes the tea guy from next door brings us a couple of cups and we sit for five minutes before getting back to it. It’s not the kind of place you see in a magazine. We have old wooden counters and some light bulbs that need changing every few months. People who live around here know us well. They stop by after work or on their way to the market. We don’t really do any big promotions or anything like that. If someone needs something, they just walk in and ask. We deal with suppliers and try to keep our stock moving. It gets hot in the summer since the fan isn't great, but we are used to it by now. We just want to keep the doors open and do our work properly without too much fuss or complications. It's a simple life here at Kumar Bros.
