We are based at G-81 in Richwood Estate, over in DLF Phase-4. It’s a more settled area compared to the industrial zones you usually find. Our office is tucked away, so it’s actually quite peaceful most of the time. We handle a lot of machinery stuff from here, mostly dealing with the technical specs and the shipping details for the orders. We don't have the actual big machines sitting in the lobby for people to see. It’s more about the logistics and making sure the orders are correct. The office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets along the walls. We’re often on calls with the factories or checking on delivery schedules to see where things are. It can get a bit repetitive, but it’s what keeps the business moving. The estate is well-kept, and we have some nice trees outside our window. It’s a good change of pace from the noisy streets. Sometimes we have clients come in to discuss their specific requirements, and we just sit around the main table with some water and tea. We don’t have any fancy posters or marketing banners on the walls. It’s just a working office. We’ve been in Phase-4 for a bit now and we like the location. It’s easy to get to, and the power usually stays on, which is a big plus for our work. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished one by one.
