Varun Precision Components Pvt. Ltd. is based out of No 220-D in Sector-59. We’re part of the HSIIDC Industrial Estate, which is a big area with lots of similar setups. Our focus is mainly on making small parts that go into bigger machines. The shop floor is filled with rows of machines that run for most of the day. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right. We have a bunch of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. The air is usually thick with the smell of cutting oil and metal dust. We don't have a big fancy lobby for visitors. Usually, people just come straight to the side door or the loading dock to drop off orders or pick up crates. It’s an industrial environment through and through. We deal with a lot of metal scraps and cooling fluids every single day. Sometimes the schedule gets tight and we have to put in extra hours or work through a weekend to meet a deadline. It isn't always easy, but we manage. Sector-59 is a bit out of the way, but it’s where all the manufacturing happens. We keep the machines maintained and the floors swept as much as possible, though it gets dirty again by noon. It’s a straightforward business of making things that other people need for their own products. We just stick to what we know and get the parts shipped out.
