We've been at Plot 31 in Sector-3 for a while now. If you head into IMT Manesar, you’ll find us easily enough. Guragon is busy, but we've got our spot here. It's an industrial area, which makes sense for what we do at Nhk Spring India Ltd. Some people think these big industrial plots are all the same, but it's different when you're the one coming in every morning. The traffic in Manesar can be a bit of a headache during shift changes, especially near the main gates. We just get on with it, though. There are a lot of factories around us, but we know our neighbors. Inside, it's mostly about the work. We aren't doing anything fancy with the office decor or trying to impress people with big signs. It’s a practical place. We’ve got the 122050 pincode, so the mail usually gets here eventually. Most of the guys have been here for years. We just keep the machines running and handle the daily grind. It isn't always quiet, but that’s how it is in Sector-3. Sometimes we grab tea nearby, though options are limited right on the plot. It’s just a normal workplace, really. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Gurgaon. You see the same types of gates and walls all over IMT Manesar, but this one is ours. We spend a lot of time looking at the same four walls, making sure everything is moving along. It gets hot in the summers, but we manage.
