We are located in the Civil Line area of Gurgaon, which is a part of town that has seen a lot of changes over the years. Our building is one of those places that has been around for quite a while. Inside, it smells like metal and oil because of the auto work we do. It is not the kind of place where you would want to wear a nice suit because you would probably get it dirty pretty fast. We have a lot of machines running and it can get quite loud during the middle of the day. The floors are concrete and they have plenty of stains from years of work. Our team is made up of people who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do, we just fix things and make parts. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and by the end of the day, everyone is usually pretty tired. We have a small area where we can sit down and have some water or tea when we get a break. Civil Line is a busy spot, so there are always cars and people moving around outside our gates. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early in the morning before it gets too hot. It is just a basic, honest day of work for all of us here. We don't worry about being polished.
