If you find yourself driving through Sector 5 in Manesar, you’ll probably pass right by our gates here at Cooper Standards. We’ve been settled in this part of Shahibabad for a good length of time. It’s a busy spot, mostly industrial, so there is always some noise from the machinery or trucks backing up down the road throughout the day. Our building isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a practical space where we handle our daily business. Most of the guys working here have been with us for many years. We usually start pretty early before the sun gets too hot, especially during those summer months when the air just sits heavy over the yard. There’s a small tea stall just around the corner where almost everyone goes during their break to grab a quick drink. You get used to the rhythm of the place after a while. Sometimes the power goes out or the dust from the road gets inside the office, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do the work that needs doing and head home when the shift finally ends. It’s a straightforward setup. No one really wears suits here unless there’s a specific reason, and even then, they don't stay clean for long. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the main junction. We're tucked back a bit. It’s just how things are run in this part of town.
