Vardhaman Balnket Industries

Working out of Sec-37 at 544 G is where we spend most of our time. Vardhaman Balnket Industries has been running from this unit for a while now. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty dusty and loud with all the activity around us. We focus on getting the blankets made and moved out. The machines are old but they still work fine as long as we keep them oiled and looked after. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of the looms or the packing tape. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. Some of us have been here since the beginning. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us near the back where the stock is kept. The winters are our busiest time, obviously. That is when we are really rushing to get everything loaded onto the trucks. In the summer, it slows down a bit, but we still keep busy preparing for the next cold snap. We don’t do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or they just see the sign when they are driving through the sector. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along without too much fuss. Every day is a bit different.
