Stitch Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Sector 37, right in the middle of the industrial estate at Udyog Vihar Phase 6. Our units are 179 and 180. It’s a big area, and it can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't used to all the different phases and sectors around here. For a long time now, we have been in this spot, and the building has seen plenty of work. Since we handle stitching and overseas requirements, there is always a lot of fabric or finished goods moving in and out. During the day, the sounds of the machines are pretty much constant. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we’ve all grown used to it. The staff is mostly local people, and we have all grown accustomed to the rhythm of the industrial estate. Traffic in Udyog Vihar is legendary, so we use various shortcuts to get to work on time. In a small section of the building, we handle the billing and the client calls. The rest of the space is where the real work happens. It’s dusty sometimes and loud, but it’s a straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy carpets or artwork on the walls. We just have the machines and the tables we need to get the orders finished. It’s a busy environment, and there is always something that needs fixing or checking. Keeping the workflow moving steadily through the units is what we do most days.
