Siddhartha Tools Pvt Ltd is located over at Plot No.143 in Sector-3. This is out in Imt Manesar, so it’s quite an industrial area. There are factories and warehouses all around us. We have a good amount of space here, but it’s mostly taken up by heavy machinery and raw materials. It gets pretty loud during the day when everything is running at once. The floors are concrete and they get dusty no matter how much we sweep them. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in overalls or a shirt with some grease on it. We focus on the tools and making sure they are right. Manesar can be a bit of a drive for some of us, but it’s where the work is. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There isn’t much time for standing around and chatting. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in so we can finish the job. It’s just the reality of working in this sector. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office or modern furniture. We just care about the items we produce and getting them out to the people who need them. It’s a hard day's work, but we are used to it by now. The sun gets really hot on the metal roof and the tea we drink is always lukewarm.
