Shubha Chemicals Industry is located at 8/4 in the Kadipur Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s a place where people really get their hands dirty. We work with all sorts of chemical compositions, so there’s always a specific scent in the air around our unit. We aren’t a massive plant with thousands of workers. It’s a smaller operation where everyone knows exactly what their job is. We spend a lot of time checking containers and making sure the mixing is done just right. The floors are concrete and stained from years of work, and we like it that way because it shows we’ve been busy. Safety is something we just do naturally because you have to when you're around this stuff. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. Usually, if a visitor comes, we just pull up a stool in the main work area. The Kadipur area can be a bit chaotic with all the different businesses squeezed together, but we’ve carved out our own little space here. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a tough business sometimes, keeping up with regulations and making sure the supplies arrive on time, but we’ve managed to keep the lights on and the production moving without too much fuss.
