T. J. Agro Industries

Our office for T. J. Agro Industries is located at N-4/8, right on the ground floor in DLF, Phase - Ii. It is a bit of an interesting spot because DLF is usually known for being more modern and corporate, but we are here dealing with agro-related business. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to stop by without having to mess with elevators or long hallways. The office itself is pretty simple and we try to keep it organized, though sometimes the files start to take over the desks. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and checking on how things are going in the field. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the timing is right, which can be tricky in the agriculture world. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge board of directors. We are just a local team trying to keep the business steady. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer to track our inventory. We like being in Phase - Ii because it’s a central location, but we don't let the fancy surroundings change how we work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a lot of practical work, and we prefer it that way. There is always something to be done, so we stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday.
