Sai Corporate Facilities

Our base is at 1026-P in Sector-45. We don't have a massive sign or anything, just a regular spot where we coordinate everything. We handle facility things, which basically means we take care of the stuff other people don't want to worry about, like cleaning, maintenance, and keeping buildings running right. It’s not glamorous work, and we spend a lot of time on our phones or out at different sites around the area. Sector-45 is a good location for us to reach our clients quickly. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to keep track of things. We don't have a big mission statement or a polished handbook. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes that means fixing a leak or finding someone to mow a lawn or clean an office floor. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We aren't trying to be some giant company that forgets people's names. If someone calls with a problem, we just figure out how to solve it without making a big fuss or charging for things they don't need. It’s just about being reliable and staying organized enough to keep the buildings in good shape for the folks who use them. We just take it day by day.
