Exim Tradelinks is located over in Arunachal Bhawan, specifically in suite 1014. If you know Barakhamba Road, you know it's a place where everyone is always in a hurry. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time now, watching the city change from our office window. It’s a typical Delhi office building—lots of people moving around, elevators that take a bit too long, and plenty of paperwork. We handle trading and links, hence the name, but we don't make it sound more complicated than it is. We just move things from one place to another and make sure the boxes get checked. There’s about ten of us here on any given day. The coffee machine breaks sometimes and we have to go downstairs for tea, but we get by. We don't go for those big mission statements you see on most websites. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run a business. Dealing with imports and exports can be a headache with all the rules and customs, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. Barakhamba is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to find us, though parking is always a nightmare. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city and the rush of the traffic. That’s the reality of working here in the heart of things. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
