R. P. Coatings Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 30 in Sector-7 of the Imt Manesar industrial area. We have been out here since the place was mostly empty fields, and now it is a huge hub of factories and warehouses. Our daily life is pretty much dictated by the machines and the production schedules. Coating work is messy and the air usually smells like paint or chemicals, so it is not a place for someone who likes to keep their clothes clean. We don't have any fancy office furniture or decorations. Our budget goes into the equipment and making sure the raw materials are good. The floors are stained and it is usually quite loud, but that is just how a real workshop should be. We have a crew that has been with us for years, and we all just pitch in wherever help is needed. If a machine breaks down, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone else. We don't have a sales team that goes around making big promises. We just talk to our customers on the phone and tell them the truth about when their order will be ready. Manesar is quite a drive from the city, so we often stay late to avoid the traffic and get a head start on the next day. It is just straightforward work with no hidden complications.
