Precision Sheet Metal Industries

We spend most of our time here at Sector 7 in IMT Manesar just getting the work done. The machines are usually humming from early morning because there is always something that needs cutting or bending. It is a noisy place, honestly, but that is how a metal shop should be. Most of us have been working with sheet metal for years now. We started small and just kept at it because people kept coming back with more parts to make. The floor gets dusty and there are scraps of steel everywhere by noon. We don't really have a big fancy office, just the shop floor and a small desk where we keep the drawings. It can get pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and focus on the measurements. If you walk past plot 371, you will probably hear the punch press or the grinders going. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place around, we just want to make sure the pieces we send out actually fit what the customer asked for. Sometimes a job takes a bit longer if the metal is tricky or a machine acts up, but we stay until it’s right. It is just everyday work for us, nothing more. We have a few guys who know the old manual machines and some who handle the newer stuff. It is a mix of old school and what is necessary to get through the day.
