Our factory is located at Sector 6 in IMT Manesar, right at plot 73. Positive Plastics Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this industrial block for a good while. It’s a dusty part of town, especially in the afternoons when the big trucks are moving in and out of the gates constantly. We have a crew that shows up early every morning to get the machines warmed up and going. The noise is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We make different plastic parts and items that people use every day without thinking twice about where they come from. Inside, it smells a bit like warm plastic and machine oil, which is pretty standard for this line of work. We aren't a massive multinational, just a private company trying to keep the production lines moving smoothly. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet for a minute, which is always a weird feeling in a factory. Then the generators kick in with a roar and we go back to it. Most of the staff live in the surrounding colonies, so we’ve become a bit of a tight group over the years. We don’t spend much time on fancy office decor. The floor is hard concrete and the desks are old wood that has seen better days. We focus on the output instead of the looks. It’s honest work. If you come by Sector 6, you'll see our gates. There’s usually a stack of pallets outside waiting to be picked up by the evening loaders.
