In Sector 37, specifically over at Pace City 2 in plot 543-O, we keep our operations running. It is an industrial area so there is always a lot of heavy lifting and noise from the neighboring units. We do a mix of plastic work and engineering stuff which keeps us on our toes because every day is a bit different. One day we might be dealing with a bulk plastic order and the next we are trying to fix a piece of machinery that decided to stop working at the worst time. The space is filled with tools, workbenches, and various pieces of metal and plastic waiting to be processed. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the output rather than how the office looks. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their role, though we often end up helping each other out when things get backed up. The weather affects us a lot; when it rains, the whole area gets a bit muddy and slow. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in the back near the machines. It is honest work and it gets tiring by the end of the day, but that is just part of being in an engineering setup. We just keep our heads down and handle the jobs as they come in, making sure things are done properly before they go out the door. It's noisy and dusty but it's what we do.
