Pind Balluchi

Pind Balluchi is over at Sco-302 on the 2nd floor in Sector-29, City Center. This is part of Urban Estate and it’s a place that gets a lot of foot traffic, especially in the evenings. J.S Hospitality Services Private Limited is the name on the legal papers, but everyone just knows us as the restaurant. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or checking the dining area. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the lunch and dinner rushes. The 2nd floor location means people have to walk up or take the lift, but they still come for the food. We don’t have a big corporate office; our office is a tiny room in the back with a computer and a safe. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, and we just try to keep things running smoothly. Sector-29 is a busy hub, so there is always noise and music coming from somewhere. We focus on the daily chores like ordering vegetables, making sure the tandoor is hot, and checking the cleaning supplies. It’s a hands-on business. I’m usually there making sure the guests are okay or helping the servers when it gets too crowded. We don't have fancy mission statements. We just want the food to taste right and the customers to be happy enough to come back. It’s a lot of long hours on our feet, but that is just how the restaurant business goes in the city center.
