We are located at 615 on Bajghera Road in Sector-37. Paramjyoti Movers Pvt Ltd is basically a small office where we coordinate trucks and packing. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything. We have some desks, a lot of tape rolls, and stacks of empty cardboard boxes piled up in the corner. Moving house is a messy business and we see it every day. People call us when they are stressed about shifting their furniture to a new place. We just try to get the boxes packed tight so nothing breaks. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in traffic and we have to call the customers to let them know. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. I spend most of my day talking to the drivers and checking the schedules. The office smells a bit like packing tape and old paper. We’ve been doing this for a few years now in this part of town. We don’t have a marketing team. We just answer the phone and do the work. The road outside gets very muddy when it rains so we try to keep the heavy boxes off the ground. It’s hard work and the days are long but someone has to move the heavy stuff. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job. We keep a ledger for all the bookings because sometimes the computer acts up. It's not the most modern setup but it gets the furniture from one door to another.
