Panasonic Welding System

Our office is located on the first floor of the Abw Tower, right at Iffco Chowk on MG Road. It’s a very central and busy spot in Sector 25, so there is always a huge amount of traffic and people moving around on the streets down below. Panasonic Welding System is where we handle all the technical support and the sales side for industrial welding equipment. It’s a professional enough space, but we try to keep things pretty down to earth and practical. We have some demonstration units sitting around the office so people can actually see what the machines look like and how they are built. Most of our day is spent talking to factory owners or welding technicians who are looking for very specific solutions for their shops. We aren't trying to be fancy or corporate; we just happen to know a lot about how these specific welding systems work. The office has a lot of big glass windows that look right out towards the constant flow of traffic on MG Road. Sometimes it's a bit of a distraction watching all the cars go by, but we stay busy enough that we don't look out the window too often. We have a small team here that knows the technical specifications of every single machine we carry in our catalog. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering long emails about spare parts and various technical glitches. It’s a very practical kind of job. We don’t have any big corporate manifestos or vision statements hanging on the walls. We just come in every morning, do the work, and help people get their welding lines running again. Being at Iffco Chowk means we are easy to find, though the parking can be a real challenge.
