You can find us at Plot No.137 in Sector 5 of IMT Manesar. This part of the city is always moving. There are trucks everywhere and the sound of construction never really stops. Multivac Laraon India Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of packaging machinery stuff. It’s a big space because the equipment we work with is quite large. We aren't the type to sit around in suits all day. Most of us are on the floor, wearing boots and checking the settings on the machines. The office part is mostly for the guys handling the orders and the shipping documents. It gets hot in the summer, even with the fans going full blast. We’ve had some long days here, especially when a machine needs to be shipped out to a client far away. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. Manesar is a tough place to work sometimes because of the traffic, but being in the industrial hub makes sense for us. We have people coming in for training or to see the machines in action. It’s a lot of coordination. We try to keep things moving so nothing gets backed up. It’s a busy, practical environment where the focus is just on getting the equipment ready and out the door.
