Medi-Herbs Export & Import

We are located at 1514, Lal Kuan. If you’ve ever been to Old Delhi, you know how packed and narrow the streets are. Lal Kuan has its own unique smell, mostly of spices and dried herbs, which is exactly what we deal with here at Medi-Herbs Export & Import. Our space is old and the walls have seen a lot of history. We spend our days surrounded by sacks of different herbs and roots. There’s a lot of weighing, grading, and packing going on. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags around and making sure everything is stored properly so it stays fresh. We handle both exports and imports, so there is always some paperwork to be sorted out for the customs and shipping agents. The phone rings a lot with people asking about prices or availability. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, rooted in the market culture of the old city. We don't have a website with fancy graphics or a big marketing budget. People mostly know us because we’ve been at this same address for years and they know they can find us here. The heat in the summer can be tough in these old buildings, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know, and being right in the heart of Lal Kuan feels right for us.
