You can find Mayor & Company right out on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway at the 39/7 milestone. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but being on the highway makes it easier for the trucks to pull in and out. The air out here is usually full of dust from the road, and you can hear the heavy traffic zooming by at all hours. Our building is a solid, practical space where we handle all our operations. Inside, it’s mostly warehouse space with some small offices partitioned off. There’s always someone checking the logs or loading up a crate. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the highway has changed quite a bit with new flyovers and more lanes. Our team is pretty small, and we mostly just stick to our tasks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that works half the time. Usually, we just get some tea from the stall down the road. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting and making sure everything is packed tight so nothing breaks during transit. It gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer, but that’s just life on the highway. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing, day after day, without making much of a fuss about the environment we are in.
