Our shop is at 3312-D in DLF Phase IV. If you know this area, you know it can be a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different blocks and numbers. We’ve been set up here for a while, focusing on auto components. The space is filled with bins of parts and various pieces of machinery that we use daily. It isn't a massive factory, just a solid unit where we keep things moving. The morning routine is always the same—get the lights on, check the schedule, and start sorting through what needs to go out. Being in DLF Phase IV means we are around a lot of other businesses, so there is always a sense of activity in the air. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time finding 3312-D, so we end up standing out by the road to wave them in. It is a practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy signs or a big marketing budget. We just rely on the fact that we know our components and we stay until the work is finished. The floor can get a bit oily and the noise of the machines is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the parts in front of us. It is simple work but it takes a lot of attention to make sure everything is right. We enjoy the work and the people we deal with every day here.
