You can find us at 272 on the Dhaulatabad Industrial Area Road. It is out in the Dhanwapur area. We deal with all kinds of rubber products here. The smell of rubber is something you just get used to after a week or so of working here. It is a practical workspace, nothing too fancy or modern. We have the heavy presses and the molds set up in the main shed. Most of the guys working here live nearby in the local area, so it is a bit of a local crew. We produce different types of rubber parts depending on what our customers need. It is manual work for the most part. The road outside can get pretty dusty when the big trucks go by in the afternoon. We have got a small office at the front where we keep the records and the computer. It is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and order forms lying around. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a lot of rules. We just like making things that work well. There is a lot of heat involved in the curing process, so the big fans are always going. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on. It is a honest day’s work for all of us. Sometimes we have to fix the machines ourselves when they act up. We have been at this location for a while now and we manage.
