K M T Production Machinery (India) Pvt Ltd is based out of Sector 7 in IMT Manesar. We occupy units 227 and 228. Manesar is quite an expansive industrial zone, and being in Sector 7 keeps us right in the middle of all the heavy activity. The workshop is where we spend most of our hours. It is full of heavy equipment and the sound of metal being worked on. We focus on machinery, so there is always grease on someone’s hands and plenty of blueprints lying around on the desks. It is not a silent office environment by any means. We have engineers and technicians who have been with us for a while, and we all just try to figure out the technical problems as they come up. Some days are long, especially when a machine is not behaving the way it should. We do not really do much in the way of fancy presentations. We prefer to show what the machines can do rather than talk about it. The commute to Manesar can be long for some of us, but the space we have here is necessary for the kind of work we do. It is a practical setup. We have got the floor space for the big assemblies, and that is what matters. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy seeing how things are built and making sure the machinery is solid. It is honest, hard work every day.
