Our business is located in Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Dundahera. It’s a big industrial area, and we fit right in with the other warehouses and workshops around here. We spend our days surrounded by sewing machines of all kinds. Some are old models that people bring in for repairs, and others are newer ones that we’re getting ready. The workspace is usually cluttered with parts, needles, and bobbins, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working with these things every day. Dundahera is a busy place, especially when the shifts change and everyone is out on the road. We usually get in early to beat the traffic and start working on whatever machines were left with us the day before. It’s a hands-on job, so we’re always taking things apart and putting them back together. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy emails. We just answer the phone, tell people if we can fix their machine, and then get to it. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a basic operation where we value getting the machines back in working order so people can get back to their own sewing projects. That’s pretty much the whole story of what happens here.
