We are tucked away in Bhangel Phase II. It is a bit of an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of manufacturing nearby. Our shop floor is where everything happens. We have a few machines that have been running for years, and we know exactly how they sound when they are working right. It is not a shiny, new factory, it is a place where we actually make things with our hands. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their role, whether it is operating the machines or packing up the finished goods. We spend a lot of time checking the parts to make sure they are not wonky. If something is off, we just do it again until it is right. The office is just a corner of the building with a computer that is a bit slow and some chairs that have seen better days. We do not have any big meetings or corporate presentations. We just show up, see what the day’s orders are, and get to it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a machine breaks down during the day. It is just the reality of running a small industry. We have been in Bhangel for a while now and we like the grit of the place. It is where things get built, and we are glad to be part of that every day.
