You can find Jai Bharat Pvt Ltd over in Sector 3 of IMT Manesar. We are located right at Plot No 3. It's a fairly straightforward industrial setup. We do a lot of manufacturing work here, which means the noise level is usually pretty high. Between the machines clanking and the trucks loading up, there isn't much peace and quiet. But we’re used to it by now. The team here is a hard-working bunch. Most of us have been working in this sector for years. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and polished emails. We’d rather just be out on the floor making sure the production line is moving. Sometimes things break down, or a shipment is delayed, and we just roll up our sleeves and fix it. It’s practical work for practical people. The office part of the building is small and mostly used for keeping records. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. If you're looking for us, you just look for the plot number. The summers are hot and the winters are cold in these big sheds, but we just get on with it. It’s just how we earn a living, day after day, year after year. We've been here long enough that the place feels like a second home to the regulars.
