Jai Ambey Glass & Aluminium Work

We are located at number 1 in the Wazirabad Mail Market, right near Divine Hospital. At Jai Ambey Glass & Aluminium Work, we spend our days cutting glass and fitting aluminium frames for windows and doors. The shop is full of silver-colored metal rods and big sheets of glass leaning against the walls. You have to be careful where you step because there are often small offcuts on the floor. It’s a bit of a noisy business with the saws cutting through the metal, but we got used to it long ago. We do a lot of work for the houses and shops being built or fixed up around this part of town. Sometimes people want a fancy glass mirror or a new sliding door for their balcony. We just take the measurements, cut the pieces, and go over to install it. It’s mostly just us doing the heavy lifting. We don’t use any complicated software to design things; we usually just draw it out on a piece of paper with a pencil. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The market is always crowded, and being near the hospital means there is always a lot of activity outside our door. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers are like family to us now. We just focus on making sure the frames fit right and the glass doesn't crack while we are handling it.
