Ambe Jee Aluminium & Glass House

You can find us out by Mile Stone 37 on the Delhi Jaipur Highway. It’s a good location because there is plenty of space for the trucks to pull in and out. We called it Ambe Jee Aluminium & Glass House. It is basically a big shed where we store glass sheets and aluminum sections. The highway is always humming with noise, which you get used to after a week or so. We do a lot of work for the houses and commercial buildings popping up along the road. It’s a lot of cutting, loading, and unloading. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll likely see us moving crates or cutting glass on the big felt-covered table. It’s dusty work. We’ve been here at Mile Stone 37 for a long time. The weather gets hot in the summer, making the metal tough to handle, but we keep at it. We focus on the basic stuff like window frames and shop fronts. We’ve seen the highway change from a quiet road to this massive busy route. Our shop has stayed pretty much the same though. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders that come in. It’s a simple life. We like the independence of having our own yard out here. No corporate layers, just us and the glass. It works for us and we just keep the work going.
