Isha Tex Mach India Pvt Ltd is where we spend most of our days. We are set up at 216 Sohna Chowk, right inside the ILD Trade Centre. Being near Subhash Chowk means it gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We deal with textile machinery parts and all that goes with it. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and plenty of paperwork. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We have been here for a while and most of the other shop owners know us by name now. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the main road, but we manage. Inside the trade center, it is a bit quieter than the street outside. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the machines are sorted for the people who need them. It is a lot of phone calls and checking stock levels. There are days when it feels like we are just buried in technical manuals. But that is just how the business goes. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that, people usually find us because they need something specific for their looms or spinning units. It is practical work and we try to keep things simple and honest here.
