Iqrup Design Furniture (P) Ltd.

We are based out of Udhyog Vihar, Phase-IV, at number 392. Iqrup Design Furniture (P) Ltd. is where we spend our time thinking about and making different types of furniture pieces for people. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity around us with other factories and workshops humming along. Our space is divided between the workshop where the actual making happens and a small area where we keep the finished items. It isn't always perfectly clean because sawdust is just part of the furniture making process every single day. We have a small crew of workers who have been with us for a while and they really know their stuff. We don't use a lot of big automated machines; a lot of it is still done by hand because that’s how we like to work. The designs we work on are things we’d actually want in our own homes. Sometimes a project doesn't go exactly as planned and we have to start over or change a part, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things from scratch. We don’t have a massive corporate office or any fancy suits. We mostly communicate through emails and phone calls, or sometimes people come by the workshop to see what we are currently working on. It’s a busy life here in Phase-IV, but we enjoy the process of turning raw materials into something useful for people. We just try to make good stuff.
