Gm Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Mahindra Compound, right across from Lumax Industries in Udyog Vihar, Sector-18. Being in Udyog Vihar means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial and commercial businesses. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. Our space in the Mahindra Compound is where we handle all the fabrics and furnishing materials. We have large tables for cutting cloth and rolls of material stacked up against the walls. It’s a busy environment. We spend most of our time measuring, cutting, and stitching. There’s always a hum from the sewing machines and the sound of heavy scissors. We aren't a retail shop where you come to browse; it's more of a production unit. We’ve been in Sector-18 for several years and have seen many businesses come and go, but we’ve stayed put. The location is good for getting materials delivered and for sending out finished goods. Our team is used to the fast pace of the compound. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely see us busy with a stack of curtains or sofa covers. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the orders that come in every week.
