Ici India Limited

The office is up on the 10th floor of the DLF Plaza Tower. If you’ve ever been to DLF Qutab Enclave, Phase-I, you know the lifts can take a while during the morning rush. It’s a tall building and we’re right in the middle of all that activity. Being Ici India Limited, we have a lot of stuff going on with different departments, but it’s mostly just people on computers and piles of files. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the busy streets down below. It’s a bit different from a street-level shop because you don’t get random people walking in, just folks who have actual business with us. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and everyone wears a sweater even when it’s hot outside. We spend a lot of time in meetings or just trying to get the reports finished. The floor is usually quiet, except for the sound of printers or someone talking on their mobile. We’ve been in this tower for a bit and it works for us because of the location in Gurgaon. Getting lunch usually means going down to the basement or finding something nearby in the enclave. It’s a standard workspace where we do our thing. Nothing is very flashy about the inside, just desks, chairs, and a lot of work to get through before the day ends. We try to keep things moving. It's a busy place but we manage.
