Ici India Ltd

Ici India Ltd is found at House No 2 in Khidki Village, which is a part of Malviya Nagar in New Delhi. If you are familiar with Delhi, you probably know that Khidki Village is this interesting blend of old-fashioned and modern. It’s tucked away in the back streets but it’s still right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. Our office is in an actual house, which makes the whole thing feel much less like a corporate job and more like a small local business. The streets around here can be quite narrow and winding, which is pretty typical for a village area that’s been surrounded by the city. It has a real neighborhood feel to it. We’ve been here at House No 2 for quite a while now. It’s a simple place with no big signs out front or fancy lobbies inside. We just have our workspace set up to get our daily things done. Malviya Nagar is always buzzing with activity, and being in Khidki Village gives us a bit of that city energy while still being in a slightly different environment. We don't have any grand mission or visionary goals that we talk about in meetings. We just come in, do the work, and deal with the daily realities of running a business in New Delhi. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is a mess, but that’s just life in the city. We like being part of this neighborhood.
