Our office at Cht (India) Pvt Ltd is in House No-370, over in Sector-7 of Gurgaon. Haryana has grown so fast over the years, and this area is no different from the rest. We are right in the middle of a residential-looking street, so it feels quite grounded compared to the big glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. It’s a private limited company, but since we are based in a house, it has a very different feel than a typical office. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and the phones are usually ringing with something or other. The neighbors know us, and we see the same delivery guys every afternoon. It’s not a place where we wear suits every day. We just wear what’s comfortable and get through the tasks on our list. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s a practical way of working. We don't spend money on big billboards or ads. Most people find us because they need what we provide and they’ve heard about us from someone else they trust. Working in Gurgaon means we see a lot of traffic, but once you step inside House 370, it’s just us doing our thing. We keep the files organized as best as we can, though things can get a bit cluttered during the busy months. It’s just a real place.
