Helios The Watch Store

Helios The Watch Store is located in Shop No 57-60 on the Ground Floor of the MGF Metropolitan Mall. This is right on MG Road, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots you can find in this city. Being in the mall means we deal with a lot of people walking past our windows all day long. The Ground Floor stays active from the moment the mall doors open until they close late at night. Shops 57 through 60 are clustered together there. It is a very different environment compared to a street shop because we have the air conditioning and the bright lights of the MGF Metropolitan Mall all the time. Outside on MG Road, the traffic is almost constant. We hear about the jams and the noise from people coming in, but inside it’s a bit more controlled. We spend our shifts at Helios The Watch Store keeping things in order and making sure everything looks right. There are always people looking around or just killing time in the mall. We have our own small routines for when we arrive and when we leave at night. Sometimes we grab a coffee from one of the other stalls in the mall during a slow break. The Ground Floor gets the most foot traffic, so we see a lot of different faces every single day. It’s a mix of standing and waiting with moments of being quite busy. MGF Metropolitan Mall is a huge place, and being a small part of it keeps us on our toes.
