Guru Overseas Pvt Ltd is based at 291 in Phaes-Vi of Udyog Vihar. This is an industrial area, so it’s all about warehouses and factories around here. It’s not the kind of place you come for a nice walk, but it’s great for business. We have a decent-sized space where we manage our operations. We don't do those big team-building exercises or have corporate retreats. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home. It’s a busy environment with the sound of machinery and trucks in the distance most of the time. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the logistics are sorted out. It’s not a complicated philosophy; it’s just how we work. We’ve been in this phase for a while and it suits us just fine. No need for anything more than that.
