Grover Traders

Grover Traders is based out of 717, Sarawati Vihar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate workplace. We have one room dedicated to the trading business where we keep all our ledgers and product samples. We’ve been living and working here for a long time, and the neighbors are all used to the delivery vans coming by at odd hours. It’s a straightforward trading business. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to different suppliers and our regular customers. There isn't a big staff here, just us and occasionally a helper for when we have to move the heavy crates. The house is usually quiet in the afternoons, which is when I get most of the boring paperwork done. We don't use any fancy software, just a pen and a large notebook for most of our records. It’s how we’ve always done it and we see no reason to change now. The shelves are packed with different items we trade, and sometimes it gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks. We try to keep things organized so we can find what we need quickly when a customer calls. Living and working in the same place has its ups and downs, but it saves us a lot of time on the daily commute. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is delivered on time to the clients. It’s a small, honest business that we run from this house.
