Gopi Sewing Machine

My father started Gopi Sewing Machine quite a while ago. We've stayed right here in Sector 37, just across from 317 on Khandsa Road, Phase IV. It’s not a huge place, but we keep busy with all sorts of repairs and selling a few models when people need them. Most folks around here know where we are. Dealing with needles, bobbins, and motors all day gets your hands greasy, but that’s the job. Sometimes someone brings in a machine their grandmother used, and it’s completely stuck. We take it apart, clean the old oil out, and get it humming again. It’s quiet work mostly. The road outside can get noisy with all the traffic heading through the industrial area, but inside it’s just the sound of metal on metal. We keep a stock of parts for the common brands. If we don’t have it on the shelf, we try to find it. People come by asking for advice on which thread to use or why their stitch is looping. We just tell them what we know from years of doing this. It isn't fancy here. We have some stools for sitting and a workbench that's seen better days. But it works for us and the customers who’ve been coming to us for years. If you’re looking for the spot, just look for the sign across from 317. We’re usually here until late afternoon, unless something comes up.
