You can find us at U-38/1 in Phase-III of DLF Gurgaon. It’s a busy industrial zone with lots of other companies and warehouses around. G.L.S. Film Industries has been in this spot for several years now. We mostly deal with plastic films and various packaging materials that go on everyday items. The factory floor is quite loud with the sound of the extruders and printing machines running all day long. We have people working in shifts because the machines don't really stop once they are started up. It’s a lot of heat and noise inside, but that’s just how this industry is. We have a small office section too, but it’s mostly about the production area. The traffic in Gurgaon can be really bad at certain times of the day, so most of us come in early to beat the jams on the main highway. We aren't into fancy corporate talk or giving big presentations to people. We just focus on getting the rolls of film ready for the customers who need them. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend all night fixing them to keep on schedule. It is what it is. The area has changed a lot since we first arrived here years ago. More buildings have gone up and the roads are much busier than they used to be. We keep our heads down and do our work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy building or a big lobby. We just work.
